History of
the company

Adapt1solution was founded by Arnaud COURBOT and Merick JEANNIER in January 2017 with the aim of supporting financial departments in optimizing their performance management systems, both in terms of processes and technologies.

Arnaud Courbot

25 years in Finance Direction on IT projects

Arnaud Courbot is a graduate of the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne (Economics and Management) and the University of Paris VII (Information Systems Management). He is the founder of Adapt1solution. He has managed financial departments (Subsidiary & Central) in an international environment, with among others executive functions in the IT field.

His missions are to promote the strategic role of digital technologies, to advise on optimized processes and to provide Finance and Controlling functions with efficient information systems to optimize the communication of financial performance at all levels of the organization.

Arnaud is passionate about technology and information systems and has proven skills in project management and financial steering.

Cédric Fradin

Finance Digital Transformation Consultant, Part-time CFO, writer, speaker.

With a background in private law and finance, Cédric FRADIN has held CFO positions for more than 20 years in large groups and SMEs, mainly in distribution, services and construction.

He is involved in the implementation of global performance management systems. He works on the redefinition of strategic pillars, the intelligent use of data, the automation of simulation, planning and budget monitoring processes in a continuous improvement approach, and the production of dynamic and agile dashboards.

President of the DFCG Normandy (an association of Finance and Financial Control Directors), he also teaches courses on digital transformation for Masters in Management Control and Performance Management.

He is a writer of articles and organizer of study days on the challenges of digital transformation and global performance management.

Hicham Moudden

Over 25 years of HR expertise

Hicham Moudden is a graduate of Aston University (Birmingham) and ESA Grenoble

By launching his Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) consulting company, Hrms consulting in 1995, Hicham Moudden is undoubtedly one of the pioneers in the expertise and integration of global HR management tools.

Today, he relies on an expertise of the various HR processes, and questions around data models and complex construction rules which the works of simulation of human resources answer.

Hicham masters ETL technologies in the phases of enhancing data quality and building storage warehouses.

Merick JEANNIER

Over 25 years of experience in Lean project management

Originally from the United States, Merick JEANNIER holds a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University.

He is a specialist in performance optimization and “waste” elimination in end-to-end processes. He relies on LEAN transformation methods and established standards to ensure sustainability.

He notably spent 15 years (2003 to 2018) at Essilor International as a manager of industrial projects with strong productivity gains challenges.
